Patient satisfaction is an important indicator in assessing the quality of hospital services. One of the factors that influence the level of patient satisfaction is tangibles, namely real aspects that can be seen and felt by patients such as cleanliness, room comfort, completeness of facilities, and the appearance of health workers. The purpose of this study was to determine the Relationship of Tangibles to Patient Satisfaction in the Inpatient Room. The research method was descriptive analytical with a cross-sectional study design. The study was conducted in the Rasuna Said Inpatient Room, Dr. Reksodiwiryo Hospital Class III Padang in June 2025. Data were analyzed univariately and bivariately using the Chi-Square test. The results of the study showed that more than half (80%) of patients stated that they were satisfied, more than half (53%) of patients stated that tangible evidence existed and there was a significant relationship between tangible evidence and patient satisfaction in the inpatient room (p-value 0.033). The study concluded that there was a relationship between tangible evidence and patient satisfaction in the inpatient room. It is recommended that the hospital further improve services in the inpatient room from the physical evidence dimension to increase patient satisfaction in the room.
